15-minute Bacon Wrapped Grapes With Brie
Need a last minute party snack? This flavorful appetizer takes about 15 minutes takes to create and will wow your guests with minimal effort on your part. Enjoy our Bacon Wrapped Grapes With Brie Recipe!
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10-12 minutes
1 package (16 0z.) Maple flavored bacon
1 bunch of Red grapes
8 oz. Brie
Start by rinsing grapes and cutting all bacon strips in half. Wrap the grape completely with the bacon strip, pinch, and insert toothpick to hold it together. Repeat this until you have used all of the bacon strips.
Heat a medium skillet on medium heat and place wrapped grapes onto heat. No need to grease the skillet as the bacon fat will suffice for this. Use tongs to flip over to cook until golden on all sides (10-12 minutes). While they are cooking, slice Brie into small cubes and set aside.
Remove grapes from heat and place on a paper towel to release the grease. After 5 minutes, add one Brie cube to each toothpick. And, you are all done! Pretty easy, right?
Serve this appetizer with a Chardonnay to complement the Brie. Enjoy!
