This awakening fruit smoothie is so simple that it does not even need a recipe card! Sometimes, we have moments where we rummage through our fridge and whip up an easy concoction that will fuel the rest of our day. Our Peach Mango Smoothie is exactly that---a speedy, sweet, start to your morning!

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 peach
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 c coconut milk
  • 5 ice cubes

Cooking Directions

  1. Peel and pit the fruits, toss in with milk and ice cubes into the blender.
  2. Pour and enjoy!

Note: You can add in chia seeds for a supplemental fiber or protein boost!
