Peppermint Egg White Holiday Cocktail

Happy December followers! It’s been quiet here with all that’s been going on in our lives at the moment! From a new job to traveling across the world for weddings, it’s been an eventful year. But, we did not forget about you! Just in time for your family holiday gatherings, here is the first of our adult refreshments to keep you bubbly and of course impress all of those that you are hosting! Enjoy our Christmas concoction!

Peppermint Egg White Holiday Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp Peppermint (crushed)
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 sprig Rosemary
  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 c Ice Cubes (strained)

Cooking Directions

  1. Crush a few candy canes or peppermints in a food processor and set aside in bowl.
  2. Wet rim of glass with water and dip into crushed peppermint to cover thoroughly.
  3. Carefully, separate an egg white and add into cocktail shaker.
  4. Add peppermint, lemon juice, vodka, and rosemary into shaker. Shake rigorously for 2 minutes until frothy.
  5. Add in ice cubes and shake for an additional minute. Strain ice and pour into glass to serve.
